Weddings
Capturing the special moments of your big day is a challenge that I take very seriously. Choosing the photographer that's right for you can be difficult. I only take still photos (no video), this way I can concentrate on taking the pictures that you will cherish for the rest of your life.
If I decide to take on your wedding, (I only shoot a few each year), I will shoot unlimited family/party group pics on site, and cover all major aspects of your day. From the venue, table settings and food, to your jewelry, shoes and of course the rings, nothing is overlooked. Once your big day has past, I begin the task of sifting through the shots looking for the ones I will post production individually for vibrance, hue, tonal range, contrast, sharpness, and clarity. Depending upon your wishes, I can select certain photos for special processing, such as conversion to black and white, as well as a host of other special techniques. Blemish photo retouching is included in the base price.
When I am finished (3-4 weeks from the big day) you will receive a flash drive with two folders of images, and one text file on it. One folder contains smaller, low resolution copies of every image, these are perfect for emailing to friends and family, and posting to social media. The other folder contains the exact same photos, only they are the large, high resolution versions that you will take to your printer when you want to have actual prints made for framing and gifting. The High resolution photos will not have any watermarks, or text on them, unlike many other photographers that brand every pic. The text file is a photographer's release granting you the legal permission to reproduce the images. I do not post your photos on the internet, and I do not make albums, or obtain prints for you. It is up to you to take care of disbursing images to those who want them.
Prior to accepting your wedding job, you and I will sit down and discuss what you are looking for from your wedding day photos. We will also go through my contract, so you understand exactly what you will be getting from me in the way of times, locations and my responsibilities as your photographer.
Payment is as follows: I will quote you my price after our initial meeting, the fee varies as no two weddings are ever the same. A $500 reservation fee is required to lock in my booking. This is a non-refundable fee. The balance will be due no less than 14 days prior to the event.
